Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (February 2, 2022) – Turning Stone announced today that Central New Yorker Dustin Tuthill has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine of 7 Kitchens, the resort’s reimagined buffet restaurant opening in April. Tuthill is bringing his nearly two decades of culinary craftsmanship to 7 Kitchens, where he will help to redefine the traditional buffet experience. ![]() After graduating from culinary school, he started as an entry-level cook at Wildflowers and worked his way up to the Chef de Cuisine, a position he has held at different restaurants at Turning Stone.
